Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 6-ounce jar sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 1 3-1/2-ounce package pepperoni slices, quartered
- 1 cup prepared pizza sauce
- 1 2-1/4-ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 1/2 cups 6 ounces shredded mozzarella Cheese, divided
Directions
Combine rice, Mushrooms, pepperoni, sauce, olives and 1 cup Cheese in large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheese
